I did some digging around on Dell's support website and here is what I found. The Dell link below details what they say it the correct order to install software and drivers after a clean install of the operating system.
I would recommend you download the drivers you need first on to a USB flash drive or a USB hard drive.

I would use park tools grease, you can get it at almost every bike shop,and you can also use it for alot of other uses as well, not just your pedals. You can use it to lube cables in the housing, and when it comes time to do it, if you overhaul your bike yourself it will come in really handy when putting it back together since all bolts should have grease on them.

Recubant? Or do you mean exercise bike? I think you're looking for and indoor trainer. There are several different kinds; some work on magnetic resistance, some on hydraulic fluid, some on air resistance. I have one that works on centrifugal force. I've had it for a few years and it works great. Check it out at http://www.1upUSA.com. They all work basically the same; the rear wheel attaches to the trainer and the friction of the back wheel on a metal drum helps create the resistance. It's best to use a rear tire with smooth tread to minimize noise.

Get a comfort pathway bike with gears. They will have the gearing of a mountain bike but without the extra weight and knobby tires. Get a good bike shop quality bike and stay away from Walmart and other department store bikes.

These are actually cabinet files. You need to look for a full installer, not just files. The ex_ is the executable, but may need to be decompressed. The dl_ is alibrary file needing the same, but the da_ may be adat or any7one of a dozen others. Again needs decompressing to use.
