Here is some info on the frog pedals. I don't know anybody off hand that uses them but I do know a couple people that use either SPD or Look pedals on their recumbents. They shouldn't be much different than those two in terms of getting unclipped.

I personally would stay away from Bicycle dealers if your looking for a recumbent, bike dealers tend not to know how to set you up on a bent. Bacchetta makes a Caf'e that runs $995 and the Agio at $1250 and if you want the Giro 26 runs $1550. For the purpose of commuting the Caf'e or Agio would work real well. Check out there site
Burley, Rans, and EZ also makes several bents in that price range,

Looking forward to seeing it

What a dilemma. Bikes left exposed to the elements for any period of time will begin to rust and not function as well. Then you will not enjoy your ride and the bike really will be "crappy." Get a low-end bike shop quality bike, lock it up to something semi-permanent like a fence or post, and cover it with a weather resistant tarp. Then cinch the tarp down with bungee cords or the like. For your commute you want a good, reliable ride. Buy a reliable bike and keep it that way with regular maintenance.

they already have tires designed for that why reinvent the wheel?
The whole reading repeats those four: mercy, truth, righteousness, peace. Is it placing an emphasis on a fullness of good, rather than a tension between the sinful world and the kingdom of God. I do agree that these four can only exist inside the kingdom, as you say Aaron, but I don’t see the paradox within them, yet….

Have fundamentals come home to roost? From a high of $2,390/t on 6 January, three-month aluminium fell to a low of $1,970/t on 5 February. This correction is not surprising given that the aluminium market remains in structural oversupply and prices above $2,000/t are unjustifiable in supply-demand terms
Well african clawed frogs have only webbed toes and the dwarves have both webbed toes and hands.
Another thing is the coloring. Clawed frogs can be albino variations along with lighter colors and dwarves only come in dark colors.
Frogs hibernate over the winter. I don't know if it will survive out of its natural element. It may also make the frog weak by not allowing nature to take its course.
You might want to allow the pond to winter over and the frog will probably lay eggs and give you tadpoles in the Spring. Less work for you and a little help for the environment as well. Frogs are becoming endangered due to pesticides and garden chemicals etc. Just a thought.

Racing on bikes fixed to treadmills might be an unusual way to pass the time in a pub, but it’s catching on across London I have to admit it was a first, finishing a pint just before taking part in a competitive cycling event. But then again, it was the first time I’d ever had a bike race inside a pub – or, for that matter, a race where your bike never moves an inch. All in all, my first taste of Rollapaluza was something of a night of new experiences. First set up around a decade ago, Rollapaluza has set out to revive the long-lost sport of indoor roller racing, in which pairs of competitors sit on bikes fixed to treadmills propelled by the rear wheel and “race” each other over a hypothetical fixed distance. Initially a fun pursuit for friends on London’s cycle courier scene, it’s now expanded to a full-time business which organises try-out races at schools and community festivals, as well as corporate events. It also has a regular winter roller racing league at various pubs around…

300 calories is equal to one iced tea. cardio is great for your heart, but to effectively lose weight you want to do an aerobics class with light strength training. good luck!!

is in web… has a ton of work to do
My mountain bike was absolutely fine at 44mph (downhill on road in slicks). The things to watch out for are sharp bends (find a good straight road) and changing gusts of wind which at that speed could easily destabilise a bike.
why do you care so much ..who are you? ,are you interested in this person? ,.why do you care bout what his wife looks like ?
