i would love to pedal over mehums trapped in cars
take the bike apart, sand it with 220 grit sand paper, use two coats red oxide primer on the whole bike, sand lightly with 360 grit sand. Clean with alcohol, put three light coats paint, 15 minutes apart. ( Red oxide primer and paint comes in spray bombs at wal-mart or any auto parts store).

Call the city water works department, they will cut it off for you. If you do it yourself and break the cut-off, it will cost you an arm and a leg to get it replaced. Where I live, the department allowed me to install my own cut-off valve on my side of the meter. I can cut it on and off whenever I want to.
Need the right tool for the right job, stop watching TV ads, and cheap is expensive in the long run
Really you need two. One for the small stuff and one for the medium stuff.
For the small stuff, get a 1/4" drive ratcheting adjustable type, and for the medium stuff, get a 3/8" drive of the same type. If you can only afford one, get the best 3/8" one that you can.
The 1/4" should read in inch pounds, and the 3/8" in foot pounds.

jokingly I was wondering if people would would sell their cars for cheap just to get rid of them.
I would recommend the Digitech Metal Master pedal. I have depended on this pedal for years and it is the most versatile pedal for metal i have ever used. It has a morph switch where you could adjust to the tone you are looking for. It could get tones from hard rock to extreme metal.
