There are metallic paints you can buy. A good brand is Modern Masters, and it comes in lot of different finishes. It has tiny particles of real metal in it. A paint store would be the place to find the best variety… hardware/home stores don't have a lot in the way of metallic paint, except for shiny radiator paint.
Please note, I am mentioning this brand because I've used it, but there are other good ones.

By JOE McDONALD Toyota President Akio Toyoda apologized Monday to the company’s customers in China, the fast-growing market that has become increasingly important to automakers as they struggle with weak global sales. The number of Toyota vehicles recalled in China makes up only a small percentage of the 8.5 million pulled worldwide since October for sticky gas pedals, faulty floor mats and glitches in braking software. But auto sales in China have become increasingly critical for automakers as sales lag in traditional markets.
Here's what helped me to choose the cats I have now:
1. Ask the staff to tell you about the kitten's history. It's best to find kittens that were with their mother for a sufficient amount of time. Ask what environment the kittens were in before arriving at the shelter. Kittens raised in a place with people nearby, and typical "family" noises, will be more socialized and relaxed. Also, ask if the kittens were handled regularly in their early weeks. You don't want a kitten that was "hand reared" by humans (i.e. without its mother).
2. Pick a kitten from a litter. Watch how the kittens interact with each other. A kitten should be playful, but not too aggressive. Avoid kittens who hide in the corner or appear to bully their siblings.
3. A socialized kitten will be curious and be willing to approach you. Avoid a kitten that hisses or looks fearful.
4. The kitten should not shrink from your touch. Pet its head and watch to see if he "cowers" in fear.
5. Take along some string in your pocket. Pull it out and see if you can elicit some playful behavior from the kitten. Most will respond or bat the string. Be mindful that if the kitten has been playing all morning he might be tired when you get there and not want to play – that's normal.
You might have to visit twice to get a good idea of which kitten is right for you, esp. if he was asleep when you arrived!
There are so many kittens that need special attention and TLC, and all these tips are not to say that the kittens with problems are not worthy of being adopted. But you are very clear about what kind you are looking for and I think that's good. The best pets are those who fit our needs.
Good luck finding your friendly and fun cat buddy!
I use Speedplay frogs. They most certainly are clipless pedals and truely awesome! I had a real problem clipping in and out of spring tension pedals–my foot just wouldn't come out and falling isn't fun. Speedplay pedals eliminates that problem completely because speedplay pedals aren't spring-tension loaded.
However, different Speedplay pedals require different cleats! They are not interchangeable! Speedplay "light action" pedals use different cleats from "Zeros" and the cleats on both are different from those used for "frogs".
That said, I'm not sure what type of holes my cycling shoes came with, but my cycling shop used an adaptor to adjust the holes in my shoes so they could be used with the speedplay frog cleats.
I tried 5 different types of pedals before I found one I could clip out of–namely the frogs, which don't really go with my road bike, but were the only ones I found I could use.
However I never once had to change shoes. Regardless of which pedal I tried out, my cycle shop had an adaptor to make the cleats work with my cycle shoes. I don't know however if the same can be said for all cycle shoes, but recommend you check with your local bike shop.

a bicycle helmet covers mainly the top part of the head while a skateboarding helmet covers a larger area of the head including the sides. I would reccomend a skateboard helmet for a five year old. Make sure he's comfortable with the helmet(not too loose, not too tight)
it was my ex and my mom whom started listning to her, and at first i thought she was trying to be the new Lisa ekdahl, so i didnt like her at first, but then i saw the light lol ..
With the economy the way it is right now, and if they are going to have to shell out big bucks for a popular collectible, they want to make d**n sure of what they are getting. I know I wouldn't want to buy something used unless I examined it VERY carefully.
dont ask questions like this. no one is going to know a routine better than you becuase you know the most about yourself. i lift weights, and there were times where i changes my routine once a week. just remember this:
1) for muscle types, find specific training. [1-5 reps: strength, 6-8: size, 12-15: cuts].
2) constantly adjust your routine because muscle confusion is very important to keep off a pateau.
3) dont come to this site for answers like these anymore, over the last 2 years of weight lifting i learned my lesson: for any advice go a a more profesional cite like bodybuilding.com. this is because the answers here will be mostly opinions and not facts: learn from people that make a living on this stuff.
